Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted. However, you can return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple pay, Google pay, Maestro, Shop pay, Union pay) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as holidays and sales. We process orders from Monday to Friday, with a handling time of 1-3 business days before shipping. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In periods of high demand, delivery times typically range between 2 to 4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our product prices are displayed tax-free in Euros, meaning you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes upon receiving your package. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

When will I receive my refund?

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
